This equipment utilizes ultraviolet light with applicable wavelengths of 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, 405nm, and 470nm. The intensity, exposure time, and irradiation mode can be configured via the display interface. The dimensions can be customized according to application needs.

Controller Features:


  1. Customizable Settings: Users can set irradiation intensity, exposure time, and mode via the display interface.

  2. Multi-Mode Control: Enables independent control and adjustment of parameters when driving multiple units.

  3. Durable Cables: The connection cables between the light source and the controller are made of bend-resistant material.

  4. Interlock Signal: Ensures that the light source can only illuminate when short-circuited interlocks are in place. Automation equipment can interlock with the signal, and the controller will only light the LEDs after detecting this signal.

  5. Daisy-Chaining Functionality: Supports adjustable exposure time and irradiation modes in a series setup.

  6. Signal Monitoring: Detects the operational status of the light source and any abnormal warning signals to automatically execute subsequent actions.

  7. LED Runtime Tracking: Records LED runtime internally within the device.

  8. Equipment Illumination Signals: Ready Signal: Outputs a signal when at least one light source is in a ready-to-irradiate state.Operational Status Signal: Outputs a status signal when the light source is active and stops when inactive. Error Signal Output: Outputs a signal in case of an abnormal error. Automation equipment can accurately guide the curing equipment based on these signals.
