Spot LED UV

The UV-LED spot light source system comes with 4 standard irradiation heads, using high-power LED chips and quartz lenses to generate ultraviolet light in wavelengths of 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm. It delivers a maximum output energy of 18,000 mW/cm², suitable for curing UV adhesives and drying UV inks.

Controller Features:


  1. User-Friendly Interface: Equipped with an English operation interface, easy to use.

  2. Independent Control: Each of the 4 LED light sources can be independently controlled for intensity and irradiation time, offering step-mode settings to meet various application needs.

  3. Compact Design: Built-in power supply design minimizes space requirements and simplifies installation.

  4. Reliable Components: Signal control terminals are made in Japan, ensuring safety and stability.

  5. External Control Access: Supports external signal input for UV irradiation control, enabling automated control in production lines. External devices such as MCUs, PLCs, and computers can configure light source parameters. Irradiation time can be set in 0.1-second increments for each LED source, with start/stop controlled by external signals or during the signal duration. Each controller features an LED light source abnormal alarm signal and work status output for seamless integration with automated systems.

  6. Temperature Feedback for Stable Output: As LED temperature rises, UV output decreases. The system employs a high-dissipation metal heat sink and built-in temperature sensors to monitor and provide feedback, maintaining output stability within ±3% at 80% capacity. Ideal for high-quality and precise bonding applications.

  7. Tamper-Proof Design: Interface keys include a lock feature to prevent unauthorized parameter changes or adjustments to the controller's working status.

  8. Stepwise Irradiation Function: Configurable step modes and pulse modes adapt to materials and applications, minimizing deformation during curing for high-quality, precision bonding.

  9. Durable Housing: Fully enclosed aluminum casing prevents dust accumulation and rust over time.

  10. Usage Tracking: Records the lighting time of each LED light source. Alerts for replacement based on cumulative usage or abnormal temperature warnings.


Spot Light Source Features:

  5. Durable Cables: Connection cables between the light source and controller use imported, highly flexible cables. Japanese-made Sun Robot cables ensure durability under repeated bends (100,000 times at R30mm).

  6. Extended Lifespan: Offers a service life of 20,000 hours, reducing the need for frequent equipment replacements.

  7. Effective Cooling: Integrated cooling fan provides excellent thermal management.
