Norda has three service locations in Taiwan, namely Taoyuan, Taichung and Tainan. All after-sales service engineers have received professional Nordson original after-sales service and machine maintenance training, and can solve equipment problems for customers in a timely manner. In addition, Norda professionals can also plan a set of exclusive TrueBlue regular maintenance plans for customers, and provide spare parts and maintenance scheduling suggestions based on factors such as the model, utilization rate, and production environment of the customer's equipment.

TrueBlue Preventive Regular Care Program

By implementing the TrueBlue preventive regular maintenance plan, you can keep your equipment at a high productivity, significantly reduce unexpected downtime, and improve the stability of your production line. The standard TrueBlue maintenance plan includes:

 

  • Complete machine inspection: Check for damage, missing parts, integrity of installation, electrical and hydraulic connections.

  • Rubber machine cleaning: Use a special cleaning agent to empty the rubber tank, remove carbonized matter and residual rubber, and replace the rubber machine filter.

  • Check peripheral parts: Check the function and temperature of each spray gun and nozzle in the system, and replace the filter of the spray gun.

  • Replace the seal kit: It is recommended to replace the pump's liquid and gas seal kits every 1-2 years.

  • After completing the maintenance process, Norda personnel will provide a complete maintenance report and ensure that every maintenance item has been completed.

• Our Aftermarket team has access to the same technology services as our new product group, including the use of simulation software when modifications to your die are required
