UBA Vacuum Filling
A close vacuum filling unit is consist of vacuum shut off nozzle, lift valve and metering pump. It is suitable for filling electroyte Cylindrical Li-lon Battery like 18650 battery.
To filling different type of liquid in different condition, UBA supply different kind of filling nozzle and filling system.
Vacuun Filling Unit: A close vacuum filling unit is consist of vacuum shut off nozzle, lift valve and metering pump. It is suitable for filling electroyte Cylindrical Li-lon Battery like 18650 battery.
Dispensing Pump System under Vacuum: Vacuum filling nozzle with tip shut off device, interaction with metering pump, ensure liquid inside is not sucked out but is pushed out by plunger of the pump. This system is for filling liquid directly inside high vacuum space. It is suitable for filling electrolyte into polymer battery in vacuum chamber.
Suck Back Nozzle: A build-in sucking device to control the space inside the nozzle. Interaction with dispensing pump to clean-up dripping with liquid at the nozzle tip. The outside diameter of nozzle tip can be very small for application requirement.
Workung with dispensing Pump. Positive shut off nozzle is to cutoff viscid liquid with special design of rigidity close at the nozzle tip.
